Swan Lake Resort
The golf cart attendant works closely with the Golf Course Manager on the outside golf operations to provide an exceptional service for members and their guests.
Primary responsibility falls on service to members, assisting golfers with bags, cart cleanliness/upkeep, and maintaining the driving range.
The Cart Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service.
Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the golf course.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to perform a flexible range of tasks to providethe best overall service possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

One of the first staff members to greet and assist the members when they arrive to thecourseResponsible for maintaining a clean work environment including trash and debris in the parkinglot and around the buildingMaintain the condition of golf carts with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearanceRemain courteous and professional with patrons and co-workers at all timesRefer all major problems/complaints to a managerCommunicating the need for supplies necessary for day to day operations of their given areasResponsible for taking care and cleaning of the clubsFollow procedures for proper opening and closing of the cart and range operationsMaintain order of player trafficSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QualificationsGood work ethic, responsible, courteous, good communication skills, ability to lift up to 70 pounds,ability to work without close supervision, minimum age of 16, and valid driver's license.
Must possess a positive attitude and a sense of pride and accomplishment with one's work.
Work SchedulesEmployees must have flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
