We are currently looking to add line cooks to our culinary team to help in both The Chophouse (Full Service Restaurant) and Putter's Bar & Grille (Fast Service location at Golf Course).
This fast paced environment serves a dining space capable of approximately 140 guests at any given time and over 200 in the summer.
Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of proteins, vegetables and other food items for service to our guests.
Prepare items for grilling, sauting, or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
Master use of knives, broilers, ovens and various other kitchen equipment.
Ensure safe and sanitary procedures are followed at all times.
Ensure work stations and all equipment are cleaned and sanitized prior to end of shift.
Ensure all items are dated appropriately.
Participate in inventory activities as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:
Must be at least 18 years of ageAble to meet physical demands such as lifting at least 50 lbs.

High school diploma or its equivalentCulinary school training a plusPrevious experience working in a kitchen or restaurant settingAbout the Company:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
