Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for placement at companies in the Plymouth and surrounding areas Coordinate with Customer Account Specialists to submit candidates to Hiring Managers Advertise openings on job boards, social media, and other avenues available Participate in job fairs/hiring events Coordinate events focused on recruitment Accurately document recruitment efforts within our Applicant Tracking System
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting preferred Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with candidates to keep a pipeline of talent Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of social media for advertising Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Job Type:
